Do you ship worldwide?

This store only ships to locations within the UK. If you would like to make an international purchase please use our international branch where we ship to over 200 countries. You can locate it through here: ZUDO

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We pay for all customs duties and taxes for our international family!

Where are the products I ordered?

We understand that sometimes, despite the package status showing “delivered,” you may not have received it.  If this happens, we kindly ask you to give it a little more time. Occasionally, the post office might update the delivery status prematurely.

What happens if I don't pay customs fees?

If you refuse a package at customs, customs will send it back to us. When they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product
