Order Processing

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 3~5 business days, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you out immediately.

SHIPPING | NON-CUSTOM ORDERS

• Non-custom orders ship within 3-5 business days! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
• Delivery time for UK orders: 5-8 business days.
• All duties and taxes are prepaid unless stated

SHIPPING | CUSTOM ORDERS

• All custom jewelry takes between 20-30 business days to create and ship
• The shipping time listed at checkout is AFTER the custom piece has been created
• Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
• All orders that contain a custom and non-custom piece will ship once the custom piece is created
• Orders ship with Express Shipping (5-8 business days after shipping)
